Now the shipper is telling me to go to USPS (post office), to send the wrong item back to them, in order to get a refund. I will have to print out a label, which now my printer is out of ink, so I have to wait for a new ink cartridge to come in, and then take it to the post office. Since they shipped the wrong size pillow case to me, I think UPS or USPS should pick it up from my home. I'm confused!
