      Wow, these are absolutely gorgeous and I’m very happy with my purchase. That being said, it did take almost a month for these to arrive at my house (which I knew when I purchased them ). The seller was very communicative with me. As long as I have the time to wait and the forethought to buy ahead, I would absolutely buy from the shop again.       I’ve been given a tracking number that shows shipped 4/8 and two weeks later still hasn’t not been received by USPS. IVE BEEN ASKING SELLER FOR A REFUND FOR A WHILE and I’ve had to buy a gift to replace this. Selling items that you do not have is wrong. Refund me. Would never recommend this seller!!!!!

      I had an issue with the first Phoenix pendant that was sent. The quality was bad. It had quite a few scratches on the phoenix itself as well as the background. After I contacted the seller he sent out another new pendant and the 2nd one was perfect. I did have an issue with shipping on the first pendant as this was coming from India and took a little over 3 weeks to get to me. Whichbi think the delay was due to Christmas holidays as the 2nd pendant I received in a week.
