    Los retrasos se deben al apagón generalizado ocurrido a principios de mes, que provocó pánico en todos los servicios que dependen de infraestructuras informáticas. En Portugal, solo algunos sistemas fueron restablecidos el día 12. Lamento los inconvenientes, pero esta situación excede mi ámbito de responsabilidad. Agradezco tu comprensión y apoyo.
