    This isn’t true at all. The item was dropped off within the 3 business days that eBay allows for handling. Buyer has lied twice about how long it took to ship. First it was 6 days, now they’re claiming 8 days with this feedback. This is a thinly veiled attempt to get a free item, as they requested a full refund the day before their item was scheduled to arrive.
