Sadly, I cannot recommend the product. I’ve had two pairs of Reef flip flops. This one looked similar in the photos, but is not nearly the quality that Reef sandals used to be. These are smaller and the sole has a tiny tread that will wear out quickly. And who wants to drink from a bottle opened on the bottom of a shoe? The bottle opener creates a hard plastic spot under the arch.

They shipped the machine in its original box so It did get beat up in shipping, but that didn't affect the inside or the contents at all. Everything was intact! All 10 heads were intact and floating around in box but were sealed. So not really a problem for me as I can store them in my old box. Think your description should read that the box may be damaged. Great price!
