        OK so far after a couple of months.

        I have trouble with phones and most electronics made by 5 year old kids in china. This is my 3rd phone this year after a Droid2 and LG Fuel died. So far the Droid RAZR is working well. I've had to re-boot it a couple of times after the display inexplicably started flashing and sometimes the battery will drain in 12 hours of non-use. It could be trying to bluetooth connect to my car. Not sure. Overall, I'm pleased so far. Just hope I can get at least a year out of it.

        Exactly what I wanted

        Wanted a functional Verizon smartphone with wifi tether capabilities to get around the throttle limits of the Verizon hotspot under their unlimited plan. While cosmetically, this was as described, as yucky, since I'm not using it as a phone, I just wanted functionality. After getting the SIM recognized by Verizon, it's been a happy hotspot, unthrottled (since it's a phone), providing me countless hours of mindless netflix viewing. Zero problems with the ESN as advertised. No problems on shipping or packaging.

        Motorola Droid Razr M

        This is a great little phone and it's my long-time favorite. I've replaced this model 3 times, this being the third time. It fits perfectly in my pocket and though I use a Motorola Droid Maxx (XT1080), I keep the Razr M (XT907) as a backup and to play on.
