In my view this is probably why it arrived via Royal Mail badly damaged in transit. (I bought another clock from someone else, which was carefully packed and delivered by a courier - no damage at all). The seller of the damaged clock did, however, not quibble over this issue and I have received a refund.Reply from: retro_genie_uk- Feedback replied by seller retro_genie_uk.- Feedback replied by seller retro_genie_uk.Unfortunately damage can happen with any parcel and we did pack it with packing paper and foam. Damage is very rare for us and we have apologized for this. We have found that fragile tape doesn't make any difference and if you look further into it you can see that they can be targeted to be thrown around so don't use it for this reason.
