      Seller mixed up my order and sent the wrong spirithood to me. A non HB3 hood. And then for some reason gave the option to the other buyer who accidentally received my order to keep the hood! And the OTHER buyer opted to keep MY hood instead of returning it! I’m not even clear why keeping someone else’s order was even an option this seller felt they should offer to another buyer when the hood wasn’t their hood in the first place! Very frustrating. This transaction was handled VERY poorly.
