    This item was listed as Local Pickup Only. I gently inquired as to whether the Seller would INVESTIGATE shipping as I certainly cannot go to LA. In response I received an offer with a lowered price that INCLUDED a shipping charge, which I accepted & paid. The seller then canceled my purchase. I could understand if s/he had first said no they would NOT be willing to investigate shipping, but I do not understand that an offer of sale, with acceptance and payment is not a completed contract.
