    This is definitely a go-to for anyone who is anemic

    I have been anemic for quite some time always taking iron pills daily suffering from the side effects of constipation from the iron pills just a consistent battle and my iron levels were always down. I started looking into natural ways to build my blood and I came across this Blood builder at a natural food store.     MegaFood Blood Builder

    Some time ago (10 years) I needed to supplement my diet with iron. My doctor recommended an over the counter supplement but, the more I read about OTC iron supplement and the subscription kind I realized that there can be some side effects in taking them. I found this one from Megafood which was all plant based and considerably more gentle on the digestive track.     Very good

    My doctor told to take iron supplements since I was anemic. I was taking regular iron supplements but it was not working much, so I started looking online for a better one. The reviews for blood builder was convincing so I bought it to try out. And I must say it's awesome. My tiredness has reduced immensely, and I no longer complain of being tired all the time.     Iron without digestive issues, and it's vegetarian :-)

    Most iron supplements, quite frankly, make me constipated. I tried a liquid that was quite expensive and it did not, but it required taking it on an empty stomach, could stain the teeth, and it had a short shelf life and required refrigeration. This supplement seems to be doing a good job and my digestion is running just fine. I also appreciate that it is all vegetarian!
