      1. Unable to send message to the vendor because it does not allow me to type anything. 2. The product does not allow to delete folders. Once these are created, these are there for ever. 3. I wanted to give an opportunity to new vendors, but this one does not cut it. 4. I am not returning the item because there may be still files that somebody can misuse. I will rather destroy the product. 5. If Ebay can refund, I will appreciate it. This vendor brings bad name to my favorite Ebay.
