    The "Man's" Supplement

    I take it since it's the precursor to Testosterone. However, I keep it capped at 50-75mg per day since anything over 100mg a day can result in hair loss, I've read. My body hair along with the hair on my head really benefit from this supplement.

    Good product I reccomend it

    Used it for over six months and combined with regular exercise and sleep, I have but positive things to say about it. I'm 55 and people think I'm in my late 30's and that's enough for me. Feel better, think better, and overall in better shape!
