Replied to my initial request within an hour and continued to reply quickly to all of my additional request. This was my first time renting a timeshare and he made it very comfortable. Pricing was much better compared to booking with a similar hotel. Once I purchased, he quickly provided reservation details that I was able to link to my Disney app. My stay is in Sept 2025 so I'll update my review then. Very happy so far.
