I immediately contacted FedEx and they told me since it was "Ground Economy" the only option I had was to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and have had no response. This is what I find most unacceptable about the transaction. Item arrived wrapped in strange black plastic with an oily goo/residue inside. Photo is from FedEx; this is not my house!
