    Works perfectly right out of the box. Everything is brand new and looks great. Definitely well worth the discount to get this contractors version vs the regular one. Only difference is a few additional advanced options are on this one(2nd pic). I have the regular one as well to compare. Use is exactly the same and it pairs easily in the app. I bought 2 of these and now have 3 total. Note: Does not include the additional remote sensor to place away from the thermometer.

    I just want to help anyone else who might be interested in buying the Ecobee Pro Smart Thermostat Premium from this seller. This is not the retail version that comes with the remote sensor. It is not included. I only bought this for that reason and it doesn't come with it. I have contacted the seller and he is willing to give me a refund. That is outstanding customer service from this seller and I will be definitely be buying in the future from him.

    Brabd new as described. However my mistake for not noticing item did not include sensor. Apparently, Ecobee has several different packages.
