    Title clearly says "Victor", item is NOT Victor. Fine print says "unbranded", maybe my fault for not seeing it until I received item?. Very misleading ad. I'll keep it and try it since the price is reasonable, but don't be fooled like I was. If it doesn't work as expected, it's going back.
