The cards are obvious fakes and the packs don't even have the proper crimp that genuine ones do (i.e., crimp on these fake ones is triangles whereas real packs have a straight flat crimp). They ignored this request and kept trying to negotiate various discounts for me to keep the item. Only when their time frame to provide the return label was about to expire, only then did they refund the item.
