The first was USPS which I verified with my local Postmaster that it wasn't even addressed to me. The second was UPS and in the "delivery proof" picture I can plainly see it's an Amazon package, and not my house. I verified it was not addressed to me with UPS support, who confirmed it was an Amazon shipment. I told the seller this and they have refused to refund me. I have opened a case with eBay.
