    I selected UPS Ground Saver at checkout, but the seller shipped my item using USPS instead. When I messaged the seller about it I got no response. The only time he replied was after I opened a case with eBay. It’s been almost a month and the item never arrived. If he had shipped using the method I chose, this might’ve been avoided. If you have any issues with your order, don’t expect help from this seller unless you escalate it to eBay. Poor communication and unprofessional handling of shipping.

    This is the 5th Garmin auto GPS that I purchased in the last 17 years. The DriveSmart 55 that it replaces is still working perfectly well but I wanted a larger screen so I upgraded to the DriveSmart 76. It's very familiar to me because of my previous Garmin GPS experience. There are a few additional features and can take a larger memory card but everything else remains the same. My learning curve is near zero. I love it.

    Garmen vs generic brand GPS, Garmin wins hands down.

    We tried a different type of GPS to save a little money and found it totally difficult to use and the units battery was defective and would not hold a charge. There was little information availiable for directions on how to use the unit in the instructions or online. I decided to purchase this Garmin. The instruction manual could have been better but I was able to go online and clarify any information that I needed. The Garmin works like a charm and We are happy with it.
