      Delivered product was awful, nothing like what was advertised. They included a handwritten note saying it was not waterproof even though pictures on the site showed it mounted outdoors. Notified seller 3/31. He apologized and said their machine had a problem. Discussed re-doing it without background colors and he agreed to do so and send it. Inquired on 4/1 when it would be sent and on 4/3 he said the next day. 4/8 inquired again. No answer, no replacement product.

Had to initiate a return request through eBay to get a refund. I never did receive an explanation or apology from the seller for why or how this happened.
