    Amazing communication. I requested an item from them and they listed it for me. It was well packaged but the instrument wasn't set up properly and had a broken switch which wasn't mentioned in the description. They sent the wrong model listed but was accommodating about it. I was fine with the one sent because they were similar so I kept it, but buyers should still be careful and always ask before they make a purchase. I am neutral about this seller but keep everything I said in mind.
