It didn't and despite numerous time contacting FedEx as days progressed, I always received conflicting nonsensical stories. However, Bruce was kind enough to step in and make my delivery happen. He contacted his FedEx rep and worked some behind the scenes magic and today 8/19/21 I received a gorgeous looking and sounding ukulele. This seller went above and beyond for me!!!!!!!!!
