Contacted seller who would not just send the parts I was missing, even though he claimed he had several of these racks. Since he drop ships this item from Amazon (which sells this same rack for $4.00 cheaper), he didn't want to be bothered with getting me the parts. He wanted me to go through the hassle of tearing the rack apart and return it with no guarantee of a refund or a replacement. Poor customer service and I'm out $12.00.
