    PUR water purifiers and filters are the way to go for good clean filter wateer

    Pur Filter

    It's a water filter. It works. You can't clean it, you throw it away when used up. Makes my hard well water palatable.

    So Far So Good

    The flow through these s faster and stronger than what you get with the original Pur version but that raises the question of whether or not these are filtering as effectively. There is no difference in the taste of the water. I installed the first one on 1/23 so it's close to 2 months and the indicator is still flashing green. With the original Pur product the indicator would start flashing amber after about 2.5 months so we'll see how this version holds up.

    Company loyalty

    I've used PuR products since 2001. After a few years of steady use, an adapter stopped doing it's job on a faucet mount filter. I called PUR directly and after answering a few questions I'm sent out a new adapter for free. I got it in 3 days and it worked perfectly. This has happened a few times through the years and each time they've stood behind their products. Plus, my water tastes good. Which ever product you're contemplating, I'm sure PUR support will be there for you.

    Better Water for Less $$$

    These filters are great for using in those areas where the tap water has that heavy clorine taste or happens to be of questionable quality. The filters pay for themselves by eliminating the need to purchase bottled water.
