This person lied blatently and said it was and when caught out and asked what he had to say about deliberately missleading he reluctantly told me to start a returns which i have not done so as i do not have tge time or energy.     would not recomend

    sprayed a rug numerous times , did'nt stop the cat from sharpening his claws on it or the chair i sprayed . all total i've used half of the bottle and has'nt stopped him from scratching at all
