Seller deserves the highest marks in every category. The pet fountain was exactly as described and serves both my cat and small dog ... without all the mess I used to have (cat would only drink running water and would spill daily). It's also an impressive sight with it's running fountain and blue LED lights! It was simple to set up and even arrived a day early. I highly recommend!!

Item was returned outside of Ebay per sellers request...BIG mistake!!! UPS tracking shows seller received the item but they are side stepping issuing a refund. So now they have the item and my money. This is theft. This is not honest, either. Shame
