      Built quality bad, software buggy, firmware buggy

      Nothing about this device is worth the cost except the sound. The sound isn’t good enough to buy this over a Bose sound sports. They sent out a replacement charging cable that came with a note about the old cables overheated and to only use the one with the red band on it. Yes a little plastic loose red band determines if it can burn me or not. Their support is one guy I think and he only responds to emails one sentence at a time so after 4 weeks I still do not have a working headset. I also have a Nuraphone and I have issues with the firmware and how it works. I have the headset and an external podcast style mic. They won’t work together. Nuraphone forces you to use the Bluetooth mic on their headset or they cut off the sound to the headphones. This is a stupid way to make you buy their ...
