She also said it had new packaging, but the flange necessary for installation had been ground off. Wrong size and useless anyway. I had to pay an extra $20 to send it back. The photo she used to sell this is not a photo of what she sent. I have photos to demonstrate all this but they are on my phone and not on this tablet.

They said they shipped the item in an envelope, but evidently it fell out during shipment. The seller said there’s nothing they can do for me. I contacted the post office. I shipped them in a timely manner. I have no control over the postal system. I did try to reach out and find out where the item was and I filed a lost item claim.
