The item itself was wrapped with used foam with hair in it in and newspaper. The item was bent when I took it out of the packaging and looked worse than in the supplied image on the posting. The item's rubberized coating, which looked intact from the listing photo was non-existent. It feels like this was a bait and switch. I feel ripped off and I want my money back.
