So not sure why it took so long. But if you're spending this kind of money on a device, you sort of want to receive it right away. Having said that, when I did finally receive this unit, I noticed it DID NOT COME WITH CONDUCTIVE GEL. So after spending almost $200 on this device, I technically couldn't even use it when I finally did get it. Not good. Include the get for your customers!!
