    Durable, compact and great features

    The bench is constructed of steel not aluminum which adds to the durability and the added weight strength the bench can hold up to. The pads are placed in a comfortable position so there is no strain on the knee or ankle areas and the slight tilt of the seat allows more movement when moving from the seated position. The bench is also compact or short in length which adds to it not needing a lot of space when not in use. Comfort and freedom of movement while exercising is a plus and my results, I am satisfied with. Tis a comfort to be on and noticed physical improvement is a Giant Plus.
