      I paid $18.91 in shipping cost, only for my package to arrive and request an additional $11.35. The person who was home to accept it had no cash so I was taken away to the post office. Seller said issue was my fault since this is the address I had with ebay, yet I've never had this issue before, from a buying or selling perspective. My trust in seller is gone and I would like a refund, but it seems I'm being forced to pay the extra, to even be able to request a return.. 0 of 10, do not recommend
