      Received item that appeared to be new in box. Sander works fine with my battery but the included battery doesn’t hold a charge at all. I contacted seller who replied that the bad battery was not their fault, refused to make it right and, oddly, requested that all her information be deleted from ebay - as if I had the power to do that. Very strange.
