      In 11 years buying items on eBay, this was my worst experience. The product description is completely wrong, the air conditioner was supposed to come with a timer built into the unit and a remote. That was the only reason why I specifically chose this air conditioner to purchase. The AC had neither a timer built in or a remote. I contacted the seller and was told to read the manual. No amount of reading the manual will make a timer magically appear. Will not buy again from them again.

      How is it to leave any good feedback when you try nicely to ask if you have shipped the item or not with no reply back. You took the money that's for sure!! I bought it on May 5 2025 and the day is May25 this is not acceptable and shame on you!!!!
