The package arrived quickly for coming from a warehouse over sees. The labubu was unfortunately a lafufu. The face came scuffed (that won’t come off) and one of the eyes is very foggy and not clear so you can’t really see the actual eye. The foot also states it’s not a popmart. But my daughter is still in love with it and very happy she was able to get the “rare” gray labubu.

I bought one of their labubus and never got it in the mail, tracking number was some bogus website with no information found, and seeing all the reviews tell me all I need to know about what fake bs I would’ve been getting. They’ve been cancelling peoples orders, and I fear they’ll cancel mine if I reach out. I’ll be talking to eBay for a refund but this was the WORST experience I have had with a seller ever.

I reached out on 07/03/2025 to ask if they had a tracking number or knew who it was being shipped through. They canceled my order without response, marking it as "out of stock or item damaged". Looking at other reviews, it sounds like these may not have been authentic anyway, so I may have dodged a bullet, but overall, it was a horrible experience. I'm just glad I got refunded!
