      Great overall experience! Communication was smooth and responsive, shipping was impressively fast, and the product arrived in excellent condition-just as described. Customer service was top-notch and very helpful throughout the process. The only downside was that the bracelet link screws had thread locker applied, so I had to take it to a jeweler to get adjusted, which cost me an extra $40. Still, very satisfied and would definitely buy again!
