      Shipping was fast, packaging was secure, lots of cushioning in the box to protect it, two layers of bubble wrap. The product arrived in one piece, product is in great condition, minor scratches,. I had a few issues getting the drive set up, but I left it plugged in for a few hours and it fixed itself with an over the air update. Excellent device. Excellent seller. The seller was very friendly and willing to help out.
