Notice that when you order it, you will only need to tell them the voltage. They cannot possibly get the programming right based on voltage alone; they need to know the model number of the motor to understand and deliver proper torque settings. The unit I have operates at the same speed regardless of which tap I select. That's sort of workable for ac, not heat...could result in a dangerous heat build up. Disappointed
