- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThese 417~420nm LEDs seem to be stated wavelength!! 3.14V @ 350mA. It's a solid violet color, while still being well into the visible range, which is why I bought them. There's a lot of visible light compared to how much blacklight effect you get, so realize that before buying. If you want true UV LED, look for ones in the 365~385nm range. Violet is often called purple but it's really not. Purple is a mix of red and blue; violet is the purest blue we can see! It looks purplish yet has no red.
