With this kit, I was able to cut line to proper length, insert olive, and then insert barb. Looks and works great! You might have to bleed brake line if air gets in the line.

Libbi got a replacement sent right out and even sent a spare for my troubles. I can’t ask for more. great job from a great company with great people! However I still need to bleed my brakes!
