    pleasantly surprised

    Was skeptical that it would work as advertised, but for $10 I figured it was worth a try. Worked out great on my 2001 Dodge Ram plastic headlight lenses. They were very yellowed, this kit brought them back to life. Don't expect crystal clear results on older vehicles but I was satisfied that it removed the yellow film. I used an electric drill and a spray bottle which I constantly sprayed to keep the surface wet. Use drill on low to medium speeds. I also did not need both packets of polish. I used half a package of polish for the two lenses. One each would've been overkill. Great product, no gimmicks.

    Save your money !

    The kit is lacking a Velcro sanding adapter for a rotary drill... the sanding disks are there but nothing to attach them to the drill. Is the sanding to be done by hand? Instructions on the box (no separate instruction sheet) are vague and missing information as to when and what to look for. I have not used this kit, because as bad as my headlights are at least I can see.

    easy and clear from brown to glass clear!!!

    Great Job! only complaint is instructions unclear with time for final coat to sit before wiping down. In a short time the liquid was varnish consistency and could not be wiped smooth. as a result finish is rather rough but very clear. If I did it over I would quickly spread final clear coat and leave it be.

    Awesome results!

    My headlights on my 05 Volvo were looking a little dingy and with lots of time on my hands, I decided to purchase this kit. Super easy instructions, came with everything I needed, even the masking tape!! I hand sanded and used my drill. I’m very pleased with the results!

    Good product. Good price.

    Just what I needed to remove the cloudy film from my headlights. The instructions say to sand the headlights, but I have found that sanding is not always necessary. Just buffing with the paste is often enough. Try the less-abrasive way first. Instructions say it is designed to clean 2 headlights, but of course, if you buy more compounding paste from your auto parts store, you can clean as many lights as you want. The buffing wheel seems pretty durable.
