The package looked as if it had been dropped or spilled and repackaged. They told me they didn't find any extras lying around and their inventory count was correct. Offered no help with replacemnt or refund basically calling me a liar. I buy alot of these bearings and its his loss ultimatly. If you get missing parts they're just gonna call you a liar.
