    Seller stated in all caps on listing that dress size was 14 Women's although it said 2XL. Not accurate sizing. Also, zipper closure on dress is sewn shut halfway down. Requested refund as item not as stated. Seller didn't respond other than to deny any refund or solution.

    Buyer's claim is false. Listing never mentioned Women Dress, It clearly mentioned Mother of Bride Dress. Buyer doesn't understand difference between women dress and MOB dress. Listing has perfect description. We have no return policy since some buyers tend to used dresses and return for refund after use.
