However, this time, the glue from the mailing envelope was stuck to several of the bags, and when I opened it three bags were torn. This is the first time it's happened of many, so it's different. Just know that if there are holes in the bags the incense will dry right out and have much less of a usable lifespan. So, whatever was different this time, please correct it for next time? Thanks.
