It is very detailed and requires a special glue that is used mostly for acrylic plastics. Standard styrene glue will not work. The special glue needed contains methylene chloride so it’s best not to get it on your skin or in your eyes. The model takes acrylic paint well. That’s what I used to paint it. I would recommend this model to others.

Benches and shutters look nicely done. Chimney brick looks realistic. I have not built the house yet, but the seems appear to be tight. I grew up in a house like this and the model design is close to the original. VERY GOOD model.
