    I was disappointed that upon receiving the motor I found a hole punched through the box, through the packing foam surrounding the motor and one of the plastic fan "fins" broken from the assembly. I do recognize that the supplier has no direct control over what happens during shipping, but I have no way of knowing if this damage occurred during shipping or during handling at the factory.
