    Item was new as described but the overall transaction took 15 days for the item to arrive. The seller was contacted after 9 days of radio silence with no response and it finally took the opening of an 'item not received' case for a tracking number to be provided and the item to be shipped. When the item did arrive, it was clearly drop shipped from another company in a different part of the county. Bottom line: the price was great & the item did eventually arrive after testing my patience.

They apologized and had the label generated and the part in the mail within a few hours and it arrived within 3 days. The part itself is good quality and as advertised.
