      For Salads as well as Medicinal Use

      Been using this product for many years. It works well in my salads. I also use it for preventive health as well as for minor health issues, as rashes and to keep my scalp healthy. It even helped my cat when he was scratched by my other cat and I found him shivering,, noneating, and with a white film over his eyes. I covered him with his blanket. I put three drops of ACV on his lips; he immediately shook himself and sat up. A few hours later, I could see some of his eye ball again; I put three more small drops of ACV on his lips. He began eating again in a few hours and his eye began healing more. The next day, he was fine except that his eye was blood shot, which healed in a few days.

      OK ACV

      I didn't like it out of the box because it's in glass bottles. I prefer plastic. I guess the ACV is good quality, but it's not as tart/sour as others. I'm not sure what that means. Could be that's the way ACV should be. Could be that it's watered down. I probably won't purchase again.

      Brag ..... ON BRAGG Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mothers

      This product was received in great condition. It taste awful but I believe it has helped with leg cramps. I found it on YOUTUBE and their are recipes that I get from there. I do not know that it is helping with my weight issues but the cramps - absolutely! At least for me....

      Umph

      Adding approx. 2 table spoon to my fruit drinks made in the blender (banana, apple, orange, papaya +more) it is producing special pleasant "umph", means aftertaste. If you want to lose weight or need to cure anything be patient. You have to give it at least the amount of the time you spent to become overweight or ill. It could be not months but years.

      Apple Cider Vinegar

      I like the Bragg's organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I used this to replace my coffee and here is the recipe for the drink 1.5 Table spoon Bragg's organic Apple Cider Vinegar 1.5 Tavle spoon Honey(Raw honey is better, if not you can use Clover honey) 1.5 cup of Hot water( you can add more water if you want to dilute the flavor a dash of Cinnamon powder
