      A tool for AMD sufferers.

      As a person with AMD, I need more magnification than can be provided by eyeglasses. I need different magnification powers for didferent work. This lighted lens alows viewing small print without my glasses or fine work with my glasses on. Its of compact size and easy to use. I recommend.

      Just OK

      I was looking forward to receiving this item . when I did I was not impressed. I am 61 this year and my eyes are starting to fail me with close up stuff. Unfortunately I found these difficult to use and too small of a magnifying window to be very effective. I spent a little more and got a really nice magnifier that is actually easy to use as well as well made. Judging by the reviews there are many people out there that find these more useful than me . They just don't work for me , therefore I would not recommend.

      Does what it should for a good price

      This magnifier does what I need it to do, at a very fair price. I often need to read very tiny engraved numbers on brass Mikuni carburetor jets (basically tiny brass screws), and I had previously used glasses for this. Problem with the glasses is I kept breaking or scratching them. With the slide over case, I can close this tool up, toss it in my toolbox, and not worry about it. The 5x magnification is perfect for my usage.

      Great to see everything you are reading.

      I carried in my pocket most of the time. When I misplaced it, I couldn’t see anything. When I found online I bought an extra one just in case I misplaced another one. Love it immensely. I have prescription glasses but still use it to read recipes, small print on bottles etc. Try one and you’ll use everyday.

      The best lighted pocket magnifier ever!

      I love this magnifier!!! My wife has had one for many years. It was recently lost. We did not know the brand name or anything else about it (magnification power, country of origin etc.) We bought a couple "other" similar products but they did not perform like this one. After much searching, we finally found the exact make and model. It is sturdy and will withstand many drops on a concrete floor. The battery last a loooong time. We had never replaced the battery in the old one despite having used it for years. Just a well designed and well made product. Happiness!!! Buy this pocket magnifier with confidence.
