Came with everything in the description and the music booklet is easy to understand also. It has a nice sound when used properly (don't blow in it like you're inflating a balloon). I would say somewhere between the age of 5 to about 14ish this will be easily playable. Between 14-16ish a bit small but still playable. 16+ may be a bit more difficult to position your fingers unless you have small hands. Really cool Zelda item!
